11A series - Steel Case General Equipment Gauges
This series be designed for general non-corrsive, pneumatic instruments,hydraulic systems, general industrial equipments etc.
Typical applications include pumps, compressors, pool filters as well as commercial and industrial equipments application.

The 11A series main contain follow general specification,
Pressure Range:
with range from 30inHg(vacuum) through 15000psi.
Material & Type of Bourdon Tube:
with phosphor bronze material,
range from vacuum through 1000psi in "C" shape tube .
range above 1500psi in Helicoidal tube system.

Movement:
with steel or brass material, depending on the application and series number.
Cases & Ring:
many different styles and materials are offered. In general five types are available, open gauges with and without device and solid front or back flange gauges
or with u-clamp . Solid front flange gauges have a solid wall between the bourdon tube and the window. Solid back flange gauges have a solid wall on the bottom of case.
The ring which retains the window is snap-on type,
chrome-painted or black finish steel material as request.
Connector:
with brass material , 1/8", 1/4", 1/2", 3/8" PT, NPT, BSP are the standard threads , available for suitable dial diameter.
Dials:
Dials are uniformly graduated and have highly legible black markings. In single scale(psi, bar, kpa, MPa or kg/cm2) or dual scales as request.
Lens:Pressure gauges are executed with lens made of acrylic or PC.
Pointer:
Pressure gauges are standard executed with a fixed pointer unless
otherwise specified.
Accuracy:
Standard by ANSI B40.1 ,
+/-2, 1.6 , 1.0 class are available , depending on the application and request.
